These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within South Africa for the resolution of any legal matters.
